Perfect location

The location of the hotel was amazing. We loved the roof terrace. Afternoon tea was a nice touch too.

The food was good but the restaurant worked better for breakfast than dinner. A little cafe ish.

Nice hotel in good location.

Great location and friendly staff.

Should either be all inclusive or just breakfast . Non alcoholic should be. Included in price. It was annoying that some hotel guests reserved pool loungers and staff did not enforce rules made it feel like unless you were a returning guest you were not as valued as others.

Bedroom with terrace. Sea access. Roof terrace. Breakfast. Staff. Location. Excellent towels.

Very disappointed with the dinner and selection of main courses. Female pool attendant needs more training in how to deal with customers.7

Wonderful

Lovely small, friendly hotel with large hotel facilities. Situation is perfect; level walking to very good restaurants and shops near by. Always lots of things to watch with the ferries on the doorstep. Would thoroughly recommend, and we may well return.....

Would prefer not to have a buffet evening meal - the table service lunches were perfect!

Comfortable, quiet and peaceful in the best location in Mogan.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast. All in all I cannot fault much at this hotel.

The pool area sunbeds are not very comfortable. There are 'Balinese Style' beds and these ARE very comfortable but you must pay for these beds - although it is reasonable value as you get food and drink throughout the day - it is probably an additional expense that most would not take every day.

Wonderful

Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Big pool for a hotel pool. Access to sea swimming via steps from hotel.

Overpriced on Christmas day. Dinner on 25th similar to other days, with a few additional foods. Bit overpriced for a buffet!

Fabulous Hotel, in a great location with access into the sea

The location of the property with the steps into the sea is absolutely outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No parking and the taxis were not allowed into the car park to get near to the hotel

Had a lovely holiday but if I visit again I would make sure I got a different room

Hotel was in a great location overlooking the marina. Food was excellent and staff lovely

Whilst my room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable, the balcony was tiny and must have been the only one in the whole hotel which never got any sun at all! (Room 202). Luckily I was with friends so was able to sit on their SUNNY balcony! I paid extra for an upgraded room with sea view but in actual fact Marina view would have been just as good!

Location next to harbour, near shops ,bars,cafers and beach

Dining, bar facilities, bed. Dinner similar each night. Large flat roof used for relaxing and sunbathing but bar onl;y open in the evening. Bed mattress too hard.

Very cosy room, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful. Good breakfast.

Just glorious and want to return.

Amazing location. Staff made it feel like visiting family (in a good way!!!). Great buffet selection. Rooftop sun beds. Pictures on website are true to life.

Poolside Sun beds a little too hard - could be updated and more padded.

Relaxing thanks to outstanding staff

We try to go to this hotel twice a year and have never been disappointed. The locations is exceptional and the choices for the daily menus is always excellent.

Charming hotel and nice swimming pool

The staff was really nice, especially Gonzalo who made our stay extremely welcoming and was always extremely helpful. Also, the breakfast and dinner buffet were nice, especially the dinner buffet which always had very high quality meals.

We traveled as a couple and were very disappointed to discover that the hotel does not provide double beds or even 2 single beds that can at least be pushed together with one single bed sheet/cover. In this case, we were forced to sleep in 2 separate beds and despite complaining about this, we were told that the hotel is not able to provide a solution for this. I would have expected this information to have been provided at the time of booking in the description of the room since it would have definitely influenced our decision to stay at the hotel. Also, we saw a few cockroaches in our room during our stay which I understand could be expected with the humidity and close proximity to the port. But still, I think there should be a better way to manage this situation in terms of pest control.
