What was the highlight of Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán
Superb, but could be even better
Lovely location, prob the best in Gran Canaria. Our fourth visit, so a fan, but it could be so much better.
Can only book half board, would be great if B&B option. Breakfasts superb range. Evening buffet a bit like groundhog day. Food of mediochre quality, all overcooked and luke warm. Even chips were pre-cooked, depite a lovely Chef having a deep far fryer he could use. Totally wasted roof area...It can be quite windy, needs a perspex screen around the perimeter as you get on cruise liner decks. No toilets on roof. Roof bar opens from 6pm, and no waiter service. Poor access to roof, needs a lift. Also, had to have room card re-done after a few days, which is quite irritating. Poor entertainment twice a week on roof bar...sole singer singing in virrual darkeness to no more than a dozen people. Needs a spotlight on them. Come on LIVVO, this is your showcase hotel on the Island, spend some money on the roof, modernise room card entry, maybe consider an entertainments manager to utilise the roof area for other daytime activities!

Absolutely fantastic - the staff are incredible
The hotel and its staff are utterly superb. The hotel's location is stunning, right at the heart of a small, and very beautiful, little town. It is meticulously maintained by the staff who go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure you have everything you could ever need. A huge thank you to the hotel Livvo team for making our holiday so special. We shall be back very soon. Thank you again. Joanna and Graham
